Policy
If you receive a product that you wish to return, you must notify us within 1 day of receiving the product by contacting us at info@bulksbird.com
After receiving your email request, our support team will review the case and provide instructions for return.
Requests made after 1 day of delivery will not qualify for return or refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy
At this time, Bulks Bird does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, you will need to return your product (following the return policy above) and place a new order.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@bulksbird.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
